How do I use the strips?
Peel a strip from the backing with dry hands, wear it for 20 minutes, then peel it off, rinse your mouth and throw it away. Once a day for 14 days. Do not use more than recommended.
How do I use the pen?
- Brush your teeth.
- Dry your teeth.
- Twist the pen to bring up the gel.
- Brush the gel on your teeth. Avoid the gums.
- Keep your mouth open for 30–60 seconds, then rinse.
- No food or drink for 30 minutes.
Who should not use it?
Not for anyone under 16. Do not use if your teeth are sensitive, loose or damaged, or if you have braces or dental work. Ask a dentist first if you are pregnant or nursing. Stop if you feel irritation. Results vary from person to person.
